• Complimentary 2 pieces of laundry per day, non-accumulative, excluding express and dry clean service. Items received before 9:00 a.m. will be returned by 6:00 p.m. Items received after 9:00 a.m. will be returned the next day.
• 20% discount on laundry service (excluding express and dry clean service).
• IHG One Rewards Members can enjoy 20% discount Food & Beverage (Terms & Condition apply) in the hotel restaurants.
• Complimentary use of a meeting room on Level 23 for two hours per room per stay subject to availability. Additional hours available at charge (Please make an advanced booking with Crowne Plaza Club Lounge Guest Service Agent.)

• Afternoon Tea served from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Evening drinks and canapés served from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
• All day coffee and tea corner from 6:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

*Afternoon Tea and Evening drinks and canapés are applicable upon arrival date or during stay date for consecutive nights, and are not applicable upon departure date.
