Our award-winning restaurant “Xin Tian Di” is using Australian Sea Whelk as the main ingredient
in 5 special mouthwatering recipes for the month!
You absolutely must come and try the poached sea whelk - steamed sliced sea whelk wrapped with minced shrimp
and asparagus in a crab meat sauce, or sautéed sea whelk with seasonal vegetables in X.0 chili sauce.

Available from 2 January – 28 February 2019

Starting from THB 700++



Lunch:   11.30am. – 2.30pm.
