Additional Measures and Guidelines on Safety
• We are an ‘Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration Plus (SHA+)’ certified hotel.
• Over 80% of the workforce employed have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• All hotel colleagues have been trained in enhanced cleanliness, both within personal hygiene and new cleaning routine together with revised health safety measures by IHG. We are also strictly following COVID-19 guidelines provided by the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and other public health authorities.
• All of our colleagues wear PPE at all times.

The Hotel’s Public Area
• Strict policy to stop any guest, colleague or contractor entering the hotel if the body temperature is 37.5 celcious or higher.
• Everyone must use hand sanitiser before entering the building, additional hand santiser is located in the high touch public areas for complimentary use for all our guests.
• Strict procedures to maintain 1.5 meters social distancing within the hotel for our guests and our internal colleagues. Only 4 guests per elevator are allowed at a time. Social distancing signs are visible in all public areas, elevators, high touch areas and restaurant entrances.
• Additional deep cleaning and sanitising of high touch surfaces in the public areas. Hourly sanitisation of frequently used equipment and areas such as phones, computers, doorknobs, buttons, guest’s washrooms, etc.

The Guest’s Room
• Room Check-in desks are prepared to do touchless transactions aided with transparent screens where guest can receive sanitised room keys with confidence and trust.
• All guests receive clean and sanitised rooms, guests supplies, and amenities are deep cleaned to a high standard.
• We follow and use internationally recognised industrial-leading cleaning protocols, training, supplies and safe material inside the guest’s rooms. All of our guest rooms provide a visible verification of sanitised items.
• Certain usual guests’ supplies have been removed from the rooms and made available upon request.
• All air-vents are cleaned and disinfected after each use.

Food & Beverage
• All our chefs and food serving colleagues went through rigorous training and we follow stringent guidelines from IHG with regards to cooking in a clean and safe environment.
• All tables and chairs in the restaurants are cleaned and sanitised after each use.
• The guests’ tables are kept at 2 meters social distancing along with transparent shields between guests.
• The hotel has stopped the shared buffet concepts but has created many options of menus suitable for safe dine-in at the restaurants, or for takeaway and delivery.

The hotel also enhanced the procedures of meeting and event preparation by;
• Revised the capacity of meeting and events sitting arrangements according to the new Social Distancing standards of IHG.
• Deep cleaning and sanitisation of high touch areas include meeting and event facilities areas when in usage.
• All meeting facilities areas and guests’ desks have signage of social distancing and facilities are provided with hand sanitisers.
• All our chefs and food serving colleagues went through rigorous training and we follow stringent guidelines from IHG with regards to cooking in a clean and safe environment.
